What is it like to work at Step By Step? What our staff say about us?

Step by Step has been a great way
for me to return to work and juggle
childcare due to their flexible working
hours. The School is a fantastic
environment for the children and the
staff have been really supportive. I only
regretting not starting here sooner –
Emma  Support Assistant

At Step By Step the people and staff
are so supportive and have a fantastic
team ethos. Working with pupils that
come to our school is so rewarding
and fun to spend the day with – Lucy
