Step by Step School is an independent school based on the outskirts of East Grinstead for pupils aged 4-19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorders.

We need enthusiastic people to join our team of dedicated staff to deliver individualised programs of education to our pupils of Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form ages. Step by Step School is an equal opportunity employer.
